havent killed a deer or another critter with mine yet but what is the longest distance that you or somebody has killed with one?  hog, deer, or something else of size.

Deer at 65 is my personal longest.  But I would not hesitate out to 100.

Haven't got one with the 10mm guns yet, shot one @ 130 yards with the muzzleloader 45 with Hornady 10mm 200gr XTP in a sabot.

Best handgun shot was 180 yards through the heart/lungs with S&W Mod 29 44Mag...I was younger then!  ;D

i was on a bench hunting on a stretch of power line and a doe jumped out 10 yards in front of me.  got my 10 just of the bench before it spotted me and ran off.  i have never seen one at this spot closer than 200 yards or so. wasnt expecting one to jump out at this location. to close for my 7mag already set on 8 power.

1- 170 lb Hog at 20-25 yards with a 215gr cast WFNGC at 1250 fps on the shoulder, went about 20 yards.
1- funny lookin spike deer 1x5 at 22 yards with a 10MM Mag revolver, 180 gr XTP at 1350 fps thru the lungs, deer did not go very far.
On deer I think maybe 100 yards  would be max in a 10MM, large hogs half that .

I bagged a 6 point with a 6" Omega back in '95. My brother and I put the distance at 90 yards. Haven't had the opportunity since, but I hope to try again this coming season.

I shot a 600lb 6 1/2ft long wild boar (Hogzilla) in Arkansas with my S&W Model 610 10mm with a 6 1/2" barrel at 30 yards in Dec. 2013. I shot him with Doubletap 150gr Nosler JHP (I was expecting a 150lb hog that day, not this monster). It took 4 shots to kill him, the first shot I broke his right shoulder, second shot inside his right shoulder, third shot through his ribs, and fourth shot hind leg.(I did shoot once and miss) The last 3 shots were running! It was the biggest thrill I have ever had, and I'm 59! :o :o
