Definitely KKM; much higher quality. Kinda like Snap-On tools vs Harbor Freight.

Heard nothing but good things about KKM while Lonewolfs quality seems to have gone down lately.

Excellent, I like the way you think.

I don't know Yonderling - I have 3 LW's that have performed flawlessly - most problems are not the barrels but another component of the gun in question.

I put a KKM 6" in my Gen.4 G20 before the 1st round was ever fired through the firearm. It's been flawless & accurate out to 75-yards through 300-rounds of various ammunition powers. I have no experience vs. the LW or any other barrel...

KKM. Have not heard a bad thing about these. Had some bad luck with my stormlake chamber.

the case support for the 10mm LW is not visibly different than the stock barrel.  I bought one thinking it would be better, but just wasted money.  I then bought a stock length Storm Lake barrel that has great case support and that prompted me to get a 6" SL barrel that looks just as good.  You might have missed out on the Labor Day sales, but I think I purchased mine online from either Midway or Brownells after searching for the best price plus shipping cost.  If an online retailer has sale prices like 10-20% off, then it is likely the best price.  I have 8.5% state sales tax that tends to play into where I buy stuff online.

I have never owned a LW barrel so I can't comment on them.
I have a 6" KKM in my 20SF and it is an outstanding shooter.

I just bought a Lone Wolf conversion barrel for my G20, but I have not shot it. My first impression is that it isn't a Harbor Freight barrel. If you think KKM is Snap-On quality, I can not disagree because I don't have one. I would put the Lone Wolf barrel around older (made in USA) Craftsman quality, or maybe a little better than Huskey (Home Depot) or Kobalt (Lowes) quality.

The front of the barrel to slide fit is very close. The rear tang of the barrel fits like the stock barrel. The rear square sides where the barrel slides against the slide is looser than my factory Glock. I do not know if that matters. There should be 3 points of contact where any object rests against another object. I think with the Glock those 3 points are the front of the barrel, the rear tang, and the bottom of the barrel where it contacts the locking block. The chamber is tight, and it appears to be picky with bullet seat length.

I will shoot the LW barrel next week, and let you know if it is good or not.

I have used a LW barrel and I think a Barstow barrel on two different Glocks and found them equally more accurate than I am.  I have no idea why anyone would pay twice or more the price for other than a LW barrel.  I have also had occasion to contact LW and another third brand for questions and received no answer at all form other than the LW business.  My Barstow barrel needed some fitting (by someone else) while the LW did not.

The HF analogy is not really accurate. LW makes products that are few notches above HF!

I have a bunch of LW barrels for my G20 platform. I have a LW G20 Longslide. Never had any real problems. I will say that LW tends to leave/make things to the MMC (Maximum Material Condition). For example my 6.2" 10mm barrel chamber is noticeably smaller than the stock Glock 10mm chamber. Not a problem for the most part, but  after a few hundred rounds it does not feed hollow points as easily as a stock Glock barrel.
