Oh wow, that's a blast from the past. Crazy times...

I remember the drills we had on Elmendof AFB jn Anchorage Alaska during the Cuban Threat - we were worried about the Russian threat  and we were on Total Lock down with ALL interceptors and Bombers were on station in the air. All F102's - F106's - F104's and B52's were up.
