Never before in the history of the world has a sociopolitical document expressed in such profound, eloquent, and unequivocal language the dignity and the worth of human personality. ..."

As a Constitutional Republic, we put words to paper, taking a stand on what this country is about. It's good to have an annual reminder to assess ourselves relative to those principles.
