Henning has a new Tanfoglio firing pin for 2014

The newest Henning DA/SA firing pin for EAA Witness / Tanfoglio large frame pistols is in production and will be available January 2014.

Works with the firing pin safety plunger so can be used in IPSC / USPSA Production division as well as USPSA Limited / IPSC Standard and IPSC/USPSA Open Division. It's longer, lighter and of better steel quality of anything else on the market. No more light strikes and broken firing pins !

Just like my earlier XL pins, this is longer by quite a bit. The main difference is that now it can be used with the firing pin safety. So it can be used in production. Also the pin moves less forward than the factory when the hammer is depressed so it is even safer than factory. Very tight design !

Seriously.   I wanna know what that machine is used for, and why whomever uses it has resisted a new option.
