Hopefully everyone has at some point viewed the 10mm data sheet:

Lot's of stuff in there but is it too much or can something be deleted? Any suggestions on the layout? Here are the other sheets I keep current as well.

I over the Holidays I went to standardize on one type for all. If you look at them they are similar but all vary some. Let me know which one seems the best and suggestions.

- If it's possible to link The Shadows exact post in the pull-down section would you rather have that then the findings?
- Is the advertised velocity needed?
- Do we need the pen/exp/ret if the YouTube video link is there?
- Since 6" barrel lengths aren't the norm would it be better to eliminate that data?

I would not eliminate any data.  Too easy for an end user to hide a column if the data doesn't apply.

Once change I would suggest is to not put multiple data elements in the same column, even if they might be related.  For instance, the "Manufacturer" column contains the brand and the weight.  The "Bullet" column contains the bullet mfg and the bullet design.  A better design would be an "Ammunition MFG", "Ammunition Name", "Bullet MFG","Bullet Style","Bullet Weight".  Same applies to the merged data in the  "Powder/Grs" columns...Powder MFG, Powder Type, Powder Weight.   And the "Pen/Exp/Ret" column should be three columns.

Going forward it might be nice to add the UPC number from below the barcode as well.  This number should allow someone to effectively search for exactly that ammo.

Let me mention how great a service the work you do is to the 10mm forum here and the shooting community at large.  This is really useful data.

Intercooler, you have compiled quite an enormous spread of data across several calibers...These will remain for as long as you see to make them available unless people download themselves a copy to save on to.

As long as this forum stands ready in its existence and my photobucket account remains intact, the data for the pull-downs will remain viable tools for people to learn from.

Those who are interested in the data will want to study it for what it offers... ;D  8)

Keep all the data! Even a computer challenged guy like myself can read it.  :P

If you really need to eliminate something it could be the 6" data, but I say keep it all!

Intercooler

Would you say the 10mm format is the best one? Should any of the fonts be changed smaller, bigger, different?

4949shooter

The format is good. Maybe delineate between the 4.75 and 6". That's all I could see.

I worked all day on the 10mm sheet and think it's done  ??? I locked the top cell and made all the other changes. This will be the format for all the others when I get around to them.

Nice job!

I like the stop % and power charts.

Now what's with the Shadow brand ammunition? Shadow, are you holding back on us?? Or are they just Shadow's reloads?
