THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION - WHY DID THE COLONISTS REVOLT?
The people who had settled in North America during a period 1765-1788 saw great changes to valued personal freedom. Many of them had left Europe because of their strong religious or political views. They protested when the British government imposed taxes on them without consulting the local governing bodies of the colonies.

Therefore "We The People" are seeing our very own GOVERNMENT GONE WILD, trying to seize POWER, CONTROL and MONEY by taking away FREEDOMS, ASSERTING GUN CONTROL MEASURES, CONTROL HEALTHCARE and OVER TAXATION of the people....

SOUND FAMILIAR YET? THE NEXT AMERICAN REVOLUTION is looming because this current Government and its power grabs are more TYRANNICAL than that of the BRITISH in 1775.

"WE THE PEOPLE" sought INDEPENDENCE from the BRITISH after a long bloody fight...
This is why the powers that are seated currently in government are strongly trying to TAKE FULL CONTROL of you and your freedoms!

Sorry guys, but that is all BS.  Remember, every 4 years we have something called elections.  The problem is when your side (whichever it happens to be) loses it's always a power grab and not a contest of ideas.

cmemiss, This isn't a Democrat or Republican issue, it is a greedy Government issue and world affairs.  Our monetary system is collapsing as the dollar is made weaker, we will have no currency value they way things are going.  We are being slowly stripped of our rights and freedoms, and now under the guise of affordable healthcare they want to hit us with more controls, hidden cost and hidden taxes...oh you want to opt out that will cost you even more.

This current government is hiding some very nasty plot, that is not American, sure there are a few good Reps and Senators left, but they will not be able to stop this downward spiral of the American economy, the Chinese have bought up tons of U.S. Debt and are buying land, properties and buildings here.  Many U.S. businesses are already being consumed by China.

This is not just about Obama, he was a hand selected pawn, as this plays out, although some see him as the third Anti-Christ that was spoken of...He may well become a Dictator in his third term if it is pulled off.

Our military is being weakened and compromised by these powers that be.

All I am saying is remain vigilant and search out truth from fiction as things continue to play out!  We are in for a rocky road ahead, because this is just starting to unfold but may begin to move like a pyroclastic flow.

I still hope that Mark Levin's ideas take hold of a constitutional convention of sorts to return power back to the states. 

The Supreme court pulls a bunch of BS that is clearly UN-constitional (such as commerce clause abuse and obamacare being a tax), the states have a way to set the the record straight.  Even a term limits for all national offices would be helpful.

I hope it (rebellion) never becomes necessary, but it is clear our founding fathers considered it likely.  The right to bear arms wasn't put there for hunting, but as a way to protect us from our own government.

I pray that the powers given the people in the constitution will be used to reverse trends.

If that doesn't work out, I pray the military sides with the people when the s***  hits the fan.

It seems there has always been media, being feed info, to twist things around, to conceal or expose, certain elements to carry out this well orchestrated plan.  Then shifting peoples attention to other stories to obscure the real world happenings...cover ups!

I'm continually sorting through info to remain vigilant but it remains a challenge.

Must of been a moment for those parasites when the tables were flipped in the temple. There still ever present. They are propping up there scheme (Ponzi) as it is close to running it's course. It's been a Depression since 2008. QE is looting. Wall St loves it and enjoys and everyone else suffers. And ObozoCare will further it in 2014.

One change my dad said we needed 30 years ago is still badly needed.  We need to nuke our current plurality based voting system for federal office and embrace a system of absolute majority.  No more offshoot candidate splintering a vote and costing us a candidate that represents the majority views.

Can't say there is anything I disagree with here. We are in a bad state and unfortunately I don't see a way out of it. The American Revolution occurred as a result of issues far less than where we are today.
