The bonded tipped 200gr's look interesting.

They are not showing them as components to be handloaded...However the extra tip could cause issues stick out too far.  May catch of feed ramps or barrel openings.  Only testing would show if they will feed right.

It doesn't list a 10mm load for them, so they may not run as a 10mm
But, then again, they don't look to be much different from that of a standard .40 Cal overall profile, so who knows

Their production capacity has limits, and when introducing something new they spend their resources on cartridges with broad appeal, not niche rounds like the 10mm.  If the bullet is successful, then in time you will see 10mm loadings or perhaps the bullet offered on its own.

For now, if you gotta have them, buy 40, pull them, sell the primed brass and reload the bullets and powder in 10mm (assuming the powder can be ID'd).

I sent them a email 6-7 months ago asking about nosler defense load in 10mm. Got no word back

They don't really show pictures of the various bullets, one is shown as a flat tipped rounded point the other is rounded. 
But the 40's may be more of a TC design, to allow less seating depth for the 200 grain bullet weight...I just don't see the use of  "rounded tips" sticking out that far, given the overall length of the rounds.
Till we get to actually see them, it's a mystery.
