Note: Some seem to think that this video is fake and aren't reading why the camera is shaky. This a recording OF the surveillance tape footage from the incident which is why it is shaky. The authenticity of the happenings has been verified by numerous sources. - 

I could give two shits if the camera is "Shaky" .  I say the whole episode was staged.

I still think it may have been staged.

No Arrests.

The BG gave up to quickly with the hand push. 

The Cleck/Vet simply told him to get out and leave, with his gun.

The Vets I know would have done their best to detain the BG until the cops arrived instead of letting him just walk out the door armed to rob a different store, or shot him.

Just My Opinion,  looks all to clean and neat for me. YMMV
