The 9.6 grains charge weight is less powder than what was shown in the NORMA loading book...

In another calculation estimated 10.5 grains, but they showed the casing with primer as 79.2grains. That is 2.0 grains difference.

I may pull another to see if there is some heavier charge weights...

After I get the tested velocity, we may see more...

  Very interesting. So what should we call the charge  :o

I know when I Chronographed the 170's they were kind of up and down. Hmmmm.... maybe not that tight on the loading back then?

Probably because they were cracking the frames on the Delta Elites back then.
