Another Panic Buy About to Start?

We finally are starting to see prices come back down and now this: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/11/21/obama-applauds-reid-for-filibuster-overhaul-critics-warn-move-will-damage/ .

I wonder if people will figure out this *IS* a reason to become scared. So one party is taking power away from another party to insure the stronger party isn't impeded by the weaker party. Isn't that bullying. Should we all start goose-stepping and ironing our brown shirts yet?
