These haven't been offered yet publicly but I should have some Friday to test. I was told they will be in the 1500 FPS range which should be fine. My plan is to test 2-3 for velocity and send a couple to Raggedyman to gel test. Should make a 6" hole but don't know about penetration.

To give an idea of how they perform. Gel and close shots.

Wow that dude was close to the steel plate.

I might have to pick some up for pest control around the homestead.

They arrived today and the plan is to shoot them tomorrow. I'm thinking about taking a hard object to hit with one to see what we get. Should I take Plywood or a piece of 3/4" drywall?

I would say both. Maybe put the sheetrock in front of the plywood, and then see what happens when you put a round into it.

Rain but it shows clearing later. If it's not too heavy I can still do them quickly from the enclosure.

Updated the subject to reflect 125gr. This is a custom load and a 140gr doesn't exist at this time.

Those look interesting, steel plates being struck should turn them back to dust, other brands of compressed material projectiles even did so in meat.  Those shooting steel challenges were looking for non-ricocheting type projectiles for safer range experience.  I don't think they caught on because of pricing and cast bullets did bust up on the steel.

Looking for the range report and your experience. :D

I remember that one and think it was much lighter (77gr?)

 Smoking! Out of the EAA Elite Limited 4.75" barrel 1700, 1715, 1724. Average = 1713 FPS/ 815 LBS  :o

Shot at Plywood followed by Drywall. I actually think it was a win because neither type of material made it fragment (watch the impact on the rear bank). Now if it hit something hard like a bone  :o
