I have a big batch of stuff to do this week if the rain stops  >:D

The primer has a little ID on it too.

Looking forward to those numbers. The Norma 10mm rounds are normally said to be the benchmark for "real' full power 10mm factory rounds. Will be interested in how the actually perform on the chrono.

Someone ran them and average 1237 FPS. It's in the "discontinued" tab on line 16:

I will change the line to green when I run them (green is rounds I personally have done) and of course ad Choppinbloc's gel + The Shadow's pull-down.

I'm debating how many to run for speed? I will have four rounds and may just pop them all off.

I am noticing that the primers do have the Norma "NP" on them...
There have been several revisions on the loadings over the years they were made...
1400 fps early on the down loaded to 1300 fps

That's what I was thinking.

IC, I never noticed the "discontinued" tab on the sheet. Those 200 grain Speer Gold Dots I had fired through a friend's 1006 back in the day. They were awesome!

I wish Speer would bring them back.   8)

Those are rounds The Shadow put together for me. I didn't want to lose the data so I put it there.

Good idea preserving the data. Do we know what they were fired out of?

Disregard, I thought they were the originals.

I think I read the Norma rounds weren't very controlled on the spread. My results out of the EAA Limited Pro 4.75" barrel:

1220, 1268, 1316, 1286. Average = 1272.5 FPS/ 611 LBS. Back in the day probably the only real 10mm around!

AmmoTest

the box these came from says 1300fps.  I have 8rds of it left.

Trying to find some 200gr stuff.

AmmoTest

also if it's not already common knowledge.  My understanding is that these are nosler 170gr JHP ...no longer made.

I had (sold em) some old boxes of .400/10mm dia 170gr Nosler JHP bullets which looked just like what was loaded in the norma rds.
