I don't know what kind of powder BB uses for the 180 grain load but it's definately not pp300mp or Lilgun.   As for their 125 grain load the powder does look a lot like H110 but 21.8 grains is below the max load in my Lyman reloading manual and would only achieve about 1500fps in a 4" revolver. I've read that BB uses powders that are not available to the public and  I have no reason to doubt it considering the velocity they're able to obtain while staying under 35k psi.

I really thing that the powder for the 180 gr LFN-GC is LilGun.  Hodgdon shows a loading with a Nosler Partition Jacketed 180gr.  using LilGun with 15.0 grains @ 1422 fps and 34,500 CUP, so there is room for a little more powder, especially using a cast bullet that is probably shorter in total length.

If I had some LilGun powder I'd work up some test to verify it.

The 125 grain is definetly H-110 or 296 as they are the most widely used in 357 and 44 for many loadings to get velocity with lower pressures for the most part.
