I'm running an Xtreme 165gr RSFP, in front of 9.3gr AA#5, with Win LPPs, in Win Brass

Not sure what .40 S&W you're pushing to that pressure
Looked at the Load Data for AA#5 lately ? ! ?
9.3 gr of AA#5 is close enough to the high end of what the Xtreme 165 Plated will take before it becomes unstable
But then again, you may know more about this than I do

One thing I did find that is interesting about my MechTech
Its Chamber is so tight, I really don't have to resize my Brass

No, you're right, sorry, I was thinking AA7 load data. Glad to see it's working well for you.

BTW, regardless how tight your chamber is, I really don't recommend skipping the sizing step and relying on crimp only to hold the bullet.

My G20sf lower should be here today - YEA!!! - I already have plans to get a lone slide assembly for it when its not on the MT - ordered more brass I plan to dedicate this 500rds to the MT - more cast heads for powder coating. I need to order a uniflow for hand loading the #9 powder and I need to get more #9 - 1 pound is not going to last long at all.
