In my state, appropriately, it is not against the law if you have a CCW. In fact, I was at my children's school less than 2 hours ago with a gun.

It may have been a case of "Police Assisted Suicide" this is where a disturbed person is to chicken to commit suicide by themselves, so they threaten the law enforcement into shooting the chicken shit bastard. Then the law enforcement has to deal with all of the consequences, officers post traumatic stress of the shooting, public relations and damage control if they had to take the sorry SOB out and possible law suits by family members...Twisted society of those that don't understand but feel they need compensation. ${$default_huh_smiley}$

It's reported he had 500 rnds on him at the scene. They are looking into if the rifle was stolen or not from someone he knew,which Police believe that might be the case. The ammo issue will no doubt flare just as we were seeing a comeback. But im not surprised by any of this and expected another incident to make matters continue to get the ammo/gun market fired up. Im just ready to buy my first set of dies for the 10.
