They appear to be the Sierra bullets we recently found on the Buffalo Bore 180's. It will be interesting to see them in gel as well. I will test the velocity of these and the 165 TMJ's tomorrow.

Cool, It will be interesting to see what shakes out!   ;D

Despite the fears of many on this forum Underwood has not watered down their ammo!  Those are all impressive numbers.

Yea. I may be in the crowd that doesn't want it watered  8)

I don't really have any light stuff. Just heavy hitting stuff.

I shot a box yesterday, actually very accurate and not bad in the recoil dept. The 155's, they bark and recoil was there.

445 supermag

If I am not mistaken UA lists ONLY 135 gr SIERRA.  No nosler anymore.

Wonder why??

But have to say that when I got my 135 gr sierra's for them they are very accurate in my KKM drop in barrel.

Maybe better quality bullet or just availability issues?

I have measured some Nosler bullets which were under the 0.400" (0.399")  ??? Given the current supply issues who knows?

135 Nosler are known as a FRAG round. Massive wound cavity. Correct me if I am wrong.

The_Shadow

In the words of Mike McNett of Double Tap...
"Frag Nasty"
DoubleTap 10mm      Penetration / expansion
135gr JHP @ 1600fps - 11.0" / .70" frag nasty

"The 135 EXPLODES milk jugs at that speed!" :o
Of course he did test them from a 10"T/C @ 2022fps as reported...

I recall that test where thick pork ribs and a cows heart heart in a jug wrapped with 12 layers of a towel. Platform was a Glock 20. That demonstration sold me on the 135 nosler as a warm weather carry round and urban carry. It fraged, but for close self def, im not interested in blowing thru someone. The wound that will be sustained was massive. My G20 spits them out. On the cold weather carry,im leaning towards the Nugent round. Will Kevin be offering the Noslers in 135 ever again is my question. Ill drop him an e-mail.

Intercooler

I'm pretty sure Kevin just can't get the Noslers at the moment.
