Has anyone actually been able to get these things to shoot? I picked up 750 of them some time ago for a good price, and not having much luck out of a couple different 40's as well as two Glock 10 mils with KKM barrels and more recently (today) a Tisas D10 5" 1911. I just haven't been able to get decent groups out of them at all, in any handgun. Anyone else?

You have to understand they are very short on bore riding surface to start.  The longer bullets tend to have better accuracy because they get better stabilized by the rifling!
Some Nosler 135's I have measured are sometimes less than 0.4000" have seen them at 0.3990" and that alone can attribute to poor results.
Another thing that I do not like is the use of the LEE Factory Crimp Die, as the die can actually smash the bullets to a smaller diameter in thicker brass.
So bullet fit becomes important as well.  Some barrels with tighter bores do a better job with the Nosler 135's

Yeah, I get the bearing surface thing, it's not helpful. I miked these at .39985" the other night as I recall, the 180 XTP .40035" with a Browne and Sharp micrometer. Half a thou difference. It's also a bit challenging getting adequate neck tension, even using brand new Starline brass with extra sizing steps and a small expander. I was just curious if anybody else had much luck with them. I'll be sticking with the XTP's and Gold Dots I believe.

By the way, the Tisas 10mm has a nice tight chamber and great support. Loads pushing the 155 XTP at 1550 fps only expanded the case to .43005". I've enjoyed working with the 1911 platform again and will be shelving the Glocks for a while, if not permanently.

I tend to use the Lee Factory Crimp Die often. I have pulled bullets and not seen any changes. My dies are adjusted with just enough to neck tension. I tend to not lean on mine and case gauge them all after.
