I do not know which police used the range, I bought them. They were all cleaned and about 3/4 nickel plated, which is OK, I LIKE nickel plated. Mostly Winchester brass.

Just an FYI on VV - the business may be sold[do a Google if you're in disbelief]. Their military portion of the business[main source of income] is not doing too well so they are looking to sell off perhaps the portion we all[or many of us] enjoy.
Keep checking other forums for potential updates.

Well what I found on this seems to be older info...June 2012  This isn't to say that it will not happen.
