This forum has run very smoothly and with a friendly place, unlike other forums where people get chastise and call out in verbal incidents.  That has led to people being suspended and totally banded on those forums.  That is not what we wish for here.  We look for a better relaxed atmosphere to exchange ideas and conversation as enthusiast sharing in our freedoms!

The really awesome thing is, in 11 months we have been online, we haven't had to ban ANYONE. The ban list is empty, except for Russian spammers that hit us in the month of November. But the members here have been really great.

Congrat's IC, this is a great place for info and you are one of the reasons why. I've been shooting the 10mm since '89 but when I joined this forum I realized I didn't know crap about the dynamics of this most wonderful weapon/cartridge. I just knew I liked it. For those that say it is a "cult" cartridge, they better go elsewhere to drink cool aid 'cause there are more and more realizing the power and diversity available with the 10mm auto.

We have 4 levels of staff.

Admin- That's me. The site owner.

Moderator- A mod is in charge of everything, granting new memberships, controlling the board layout, banning people. Generally they can do everything I can do except delete a membership profile or change the inner workings of the site.

Forum Manager- This person can ban members, delete inappropriate posts, move threads to their proper area. They can't grant memberships or change the topic areas.

Forum Supervisor- The supervisor has limited control over the boards. They can delete inappropriate posts or move threads to their proper area only.

Also, I have created a special level that can be attained by any member. If a member reaches 100,000 posts, they become a Forum Master, with the same powers as a Supervisor.
