Merry Christmas, been casting for a quite a while and recently purchased a Glock 40. I ordered the 2 cavity model.

Anyone tried this MP mold in 10/40 ? Use a no lube groove type in your 10mm ?

I also will be trying my hand in Hi-tek coating as this is a NLG type.

I use the Lyman 156 Devastator sized to 0.4015" with Carnauba Red lube that has worked well for me!

Those (Lyman Dev) are testy little molds, at least the 45 cal I have is. This is my first MP mold and first brass type.

When working with an HP design you need to run the alloy & mold a little hotter and faster to maintain the mold temperature for the best fill out!

I have this one: MP 402-160 HP PB No lube groove 4 cavity. I've loaded 100 10mm but haven't shot my new Glock yet, Christmas present from the wife. I've shot the MP 160HP in the 40 Short&Weak for years.
