Not trying to start a war, just want to pass on some great customer service.  I've similar results from the blue guys and the green guys.
Anyway, Called Hornady this afternoon as I'm needing some small parts and springs to rebuild my press which has loaded in the 10's of thousands of rounds over the years.  After giving the nice lady the parts I need she said, OK, we'll ship those right out to you.  I asked if they needed my CC?  She says nope, covered under the warranty.  Now I've had this loader for 15+ years?  Even the small parts are covered?
In today's world where it's hard to get people to show up to work and customer service seems something of the past, Hornady is still looking out for their customers.

Absolutely a wonderful thing, and very few and far between. I?ve had similar experiences with two firearms manufacturers for warranty work.  Glock and Sig both went above and beyond, neither requiring a dime from me

Ade Ruger to the list.  Bought a vaquero 2nd hand.  Shot way left.  Called them.  They sent a box, FedEx.  I sent the revolver along with a target at 7 yards along with factory load I used.  About 10 days later I  got the gun back with a new target.  Dead center.  Cost? Zero 0 zero.  Awesome customer service.

You can spend more money on a blue press but you will not get better service than Hornady offers!
Plus Hornady will assist you with load help, or at least used to, prolly been over 5 years since I have called them for assistance with a load recipe

I will also say with honesty that Hornady did the right thing with me too.

I have one of their electronic powder dispensers, and a gear or pulley or something inside of there messed up and started shrieking

The electronic stuff doesn't have a lifetime warranty and mine was out of warranty, though barely.  I called and explained to the guy what was going on.

I mailed my old one in, and they replaced it.

Yeah, they could've screwed me and they had me dead to rights, but they did the right and honorable thing and took care of it.

And for that, I have been a repeat customer and continue to buy their stuff.  They had the option of screwing me over the warranty and I had the option of buying other companies stuff too.

So, long as they do right by me, I'll continue to buy stuff with their name on it when I need something.

They will make far more money from me than they would've lost if they hadn't replaced it and told me tough tit.
This post checked by independent fact checkers, and they're all pissed off about it.

I've had my LNL progressive for years. I love it. Always had great interactions with Hornady CS.

Most of my reloading equipment is red. I started with Hornaday in the early 1980s.

You can spend more money on reloading equipment but you will not get better customer service from anyone

This has been my experience with Hornady too. Excellent service. They rushed out a broken primer thingamagig for my LNL AP no questions asked.
