Has anyone had issues with long shot powder not igniting in a 10mm reload. Primer fires and sticks bullet in barrel. I am using cci 300 primes star line brass and dosnt matter if its a 180 200 or 220 bullet. Ive pulled bullets from the same loading session and can not find anything that not normal.

Would need more information on your charge weights.  Also the history of your powder.  Longshot is my favorite for 10mm loads, and ignites without issues for me.

I?m curious about your findings as well. I have an unopened jug of Long Shot that I hope to start testing soon, but will stick with Blue Dot and BE-86 for now

Are you wet tumbling your brass?

I haven't noticed any difference in Longshot purchased within the last 2 years. It's my go to powder for hot 10mm loads and more recently trying it out in .357mag. I've never had any problem with it igniting whatsoever.

I do wet tumble my brass, but always make sure it has ample time to dry. Typically I lay it out on my clothes dryer on an old terry cloth towel while doing laundry. Kills two birds with one stone.

I believe i did clean some brass from that batch in a sonic cleanand very possible wasnt dry enough. i notice the sonic cleaner is hard to dry. thanks

Also want to mention i pulled bullets from several rounds and stuffed bits of paper towel in to hold powder and they fired fine. Still puzzled but i pull all of the bullets in that reloading session and will reload.

I would guess contamination from sonic solution that didn't dry or perhaps a weak primer or two.
