I checked out the Underwood website looking for a stout load for my Colt Delta. Surprise to see the statement that their 135s must not be fired in a Colt Delta Elite.

What do I have to do to my latest generation Delta Elite so I can take advantage of the Undewood 135 grains JHP offerings?

He has listings for Delta specific ammo. Due to poor support in the factory barrel, you would need a Barsto or other supported barrel to take advantage.

Thank you.

Is the penalty in doing so in unsupported barrel is bulged cases that renders them non reloadable and only good for one firing or dangerously too hot that brand new cases will rupture?

You would need a RAMPED Barsto or any others that are RAMPED. They would have to mill your receiver to put that ramped barrel in there. I own a DE and my buddy has a Kimber which is ramped. With equal hot loads, his brass doesn't bulge as much.

I suppose if I were not to reload the brass, I should be OK, correct?

Not necessarily.  You can still blow you mag out the chute and break the grips if not pachmyer with steel inserts which then in turn can lead to damage of hands/fingers. :o :( ???

Case head blow-outs happen with new brass too, and are never fun.  Less so when the debris cuts you up.

You don't have to shoot nuclear loads to enjoy your 10mm. I shoot fairly hot loads, 200 gr@ 1200fps, 180gr @ 1300fps in my non-ramped barrel and I am plenty happy.
