Update:

After making a purchase from midwayusa yesterday, my debit card was charged FOUR times for the one purchase. Causing my account to be overdrawn. After initially getting no help via email from midway, I decided to call them. My anger soon subsided after speaking to customer service representative Chris. This very professional young man figured out the problem, notified his Supervisor and got the problem solved. Fast. I sent the owner Larry an email thanking him for having such a reliable staff.

Larry runs a respectable business and I have never had an issue.  I don't know what happened with your instance but glad they took care of you, hopefully to your satisfaction!  8)

I have never had an issue.  Glad they got it figured out for you.  Everyone crys about the shipping prices from them, yet I get my order in 2-3 days from then for a couple bucks more than the 7-10 places.
