   My time-stamp was off by 3 hours and I wanted to change it.


In your Profile you do this by entering the time it is off in Offset under the Look and Layout section. I put a 3 in there and now it is correct.

I think mine is right....

Nope.  Default is PDT.  Offset set to +1
