Very Nice videos CW!  I haven't jumped on board with the PC process as of yet...
While doing the pull down documentations I did notice the MEPLAT that were at or over 0.320" and 0.330" were posing issues in some firearms.
I also saw them loaded shorter at 1.2420" - 1.2480" to help tipping angle / feeding and magazine fitment.

My testing checker shows I need to seat these just under 1.200!!!!!  In the Glock bbl I can seat to 1.230. In my KKM I can get 1.215 and in my Lone wolf 1.205. So Thats my seating depth.


I started charges a couple tenths above starting using Power Pistol. Loading 10rnds. (3 in ea G29/G20/G40) My starting charge.... Produced 1380 fps in 6" & 1250 from G29 stock bbl. 2tenths more hit 1400 and started to show pressures in G40 KKM bbl so only 2 was fired I went no higher. So I have thirty + cartritages to pull.
