Ordered my Don Johnson / Miami Vice shoulder rig yesterday 😀

Ordered my Don Johnson / Miami Vice shoulder rig yesterday for the P220 Elite, My holster guy Rudy makes awesome stuff and wanted to give one a try. Not sure how practical it will be, but have always wanted one for some reason. Might have something to do with buying season one on prime last week 😂😂😂

Seems like most of the nicer shoulder rigs are really expensive, like $180.00 and up, like what the heck

Ken, the Ted Blocker was just the authentic holster and the shoulder straps have the smooth side inward to be correct for the MV detail.

"In 1984, Ted Blocker Holsters was approached by a technical advisor for a new upcoming TV
series called Miami Vice.  He wanted a horizontal shoulder holster for the new weapon called a
Bren Ten.  Don Johnson wore the Ted Blocker Lifeline shoulder rig beginning with the first
episode after the initial Miami Vice pilot.  He continued to wear the Lifeline shoulder rig
well into the second season."

The Galco's Miami Classic Jackass Rig shoulder rig was also used
