Miami Vice .... Returning ?

I know this has little to do with the 10mm, but since (for a lot of us) our interest, attraction and fascination etc. for the 10mm came from Miami Vice
Has anyone seen more info on the 2021 reboot, other than a few "teasers" on U-Tube ?

It was said that NBC turned down the reboot!  Not sure if Vin Diesel will get support from another venue!
It would be interesting to have the reboot but I doubt it will have the same impact as the original series...

This looks to be a return of the Original Crew in what looks to be a few Episode Mini Series
Don Johnson, Philip Michael Thomas, Edward James Olmos, Olivia Brown, Saundra Santiago, Michael Talbott, Martin Ferrero and maybe a few of the OG Bad Guys

I find it interesting as to how a few Episodes aren't played anymore though
i.e. S1, E22 "Even"
I've always liked that one
It features the Bren Ten
Sonny's at the "Range", and the Guy says "I see you're still carrying the Bren"
