I picked up three boxes of this stuff awhile back, and decided to see how it shot in my RIA 6" gun. I've never seen anything like the way it launches that brass, I think I could down the International Space Station with that stuff, if I held the gun at the right angle, anyway.

My old  Delta Elite never thru brass that far, no matter how hot I loaded it.

It was throwing the cases at least 25 feet across the range. I think I could poke someone's eyes out with that stuff, or, if I had to use it in the cab of my pickup, I think it would bust a windshield.
According to the propaganda, it's pushing the 180 at 1230fps, and I'd guess that's AT LEAST that fast (my chronograph died in a bad storm awhile ago).
It shoots well enough, but it is pretty zippy stuff. I'd recommend using a WIDE range with bare ground if you intend to save the cases.

Magtech makes their own powders and primers...  I wish I knew more about the powders they produce...

a while back I chronographed some Magtech 180 gr. FMJ. it is pretty hot. it averaged 1153 fps. out of my Witness and 1163fps. out of the XDm. by comparison, my reloads with 180gr. FMJ and 10.5 gr of Blue Dot chronoed 1138 from the Witness and 1154fps. from the XDm.
