I'm honestly considering that option. It should only be done with polyester powder paint or it can be applied with a spary gun.

I've never applied it. Maybe someone else here can tell us.

There are several methods to application, Some are using the shake and bake where they place the newly cast bullets in a container with those plastic airsoft pellet's and shake them around to get coverage of the polymer powder.  Some actually warm the cast bullets a little to help with the powder sticking.
Some use the wet method of MEK or Acetone for a slurry of the polymer to apply the coating.
Yes some use the static spray gun and negatively charged bullets for adhesion.

Then the separate and bake on silicone baking mats at the proper temps and time, taking care not to exceed the temps and destroy the casted bullets

over the weekend i am going to test the boolit tl 175 lubricated with LLA. If anyone would like to suggest a longshot charge it would be welcome, remember that I own a g20 gen3 with spring and barrel from the factory.

I'd probably start at 8.2gr and go up .2gr until I got to 9gr. You can probably go a little higher, but penetration isn't going to be a problem. Accuracy is more important.

That's just a best guess based on 180gr fmj and hp data. I might be tempted to try 9.2gr, with no serious pressure signs. 9.4gr would make me nervous  :-X

Just wanted to add a 2 cent observation. Ive been shooting cast bullets forever, but sometimes seriously. One of the things Ive found is that with a good mould and a good alloy sometimes you do not need to size your bullets. In Repeaters the limiting factor is whether you can load the round and have it chamber. Semiautos are a bit more finicky than other types of actions. Very often though the slightly fat bullet grabs well and seals well in the barrel. Accuracy can be excellent. The fastest Ive pushed most of these has been about 1800 fps in rifles. No leading and great accuracy. I like the Lee aloe a lot its easy to use with mods like the Jonson paste wax, mineral spirit mix.
They do smoke but don't lead and stay clean.

Hello, very good observation, the boolit of my LEE mold falls at .403. I could try without resizing and resizing to find the best result
