Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

Yes I see that run on ammo is over. LOL Underwood will never have any stock because they are selling the best ammo for the price. That means anytime you offer it you sell it all. Especially in the 10mm where you have 4 different power levels of ammo and Underwood sells full power loads at real world prices. Not low power loads at nuclear power prices. Great job Underwood. Keep up the good work and we will keep buying it.

I just hope they weather the storm at their prices.

One of the often mis-understood reasons that outlets increase prices during shortages is not to "gouge" but to ensure they survive.  If as a small businessman I need to earn 10% net per year on my investment to stay afloat, and supply is stable and sales brisk, I can survive on a low margin and pass that savings on to my customers.  If supply dries up, and as a result sales suffer because I have no product to sell, I have to increase my margins to maintain my annual return on investment.

Think of it this way.  Say I sell the ever popular 'widget', and I need to make $10 a year to keep the doors open.  My demand is for 10 widgets each year, and I can buy them for $9.  As long as my supply is stable, I can sell them for $10 each, and at the end of the year I will have my $10.  But, if supply shortens to only 1 widget a year, I now have to sell that one widget for $19 to make my annual $10 and keep my business open.

Even though Underwood is selling everything he can make, component shortages may make this a very lean year for him as he may not be able to make as much as in other years.  Since he hasn't raised his prices, I hope his volume is still such that he can survive the storm.

I still say reloading is tbe BEST option, you can load them cold. medium, hot, however you want them. But I did scarf up 2 boxes to see what they were like.

Remember that I have only run ONE box of store bought ammo through one of my 10mm's. The other one has never even "sniffed" a store bought round.
