Cast Boolitts and re-loading data

I'm very green on re-loading. I am trying to assemble all of the pieces and parts. I am lacking the actual boolitts for 10mm 44 and 357. These calibers are the focus. I have been seeing (available) the cast lead made by boutique manufacturers but simply don't find any data relating to them. I have two powders available. Alliant Blue Dot and Shooters World Major Pistol. 2lbs each, Winchester Large Pistol and Magnum primers and of course, spent casings. I am interested in learning to cast my own lead at some point but thought I would start by reloading "manufactured" hard cast lead to aid in my learning process if that makes any sense. With no specific data what can I do with what I have? Where can you point me to obtain this data needed to utilize what I have? I do have the dies, press, scale etc. and I will be taking a beginners re-loading class this weekend at my LGS. Id like to go into that with as much info as possible specifically related to my objective. Thanks for all your help and comments in advance!

The Lyman reloading manual has cast lead data for almost every caliber. It typically lists the brand of cast bullet or the model number of the mould.

I use jacketed data for the same bullet weight, reduce 10% and work up.  You will hit pressure/velocity before you hit a max charge usually as cast bullets seal the bore better.  A chronograph is useful if you are chasing max velocity, but I find -10% usually give fine accuracy and therefore I stay there.
