Blue Dot 10. to 10.4 grains works well with most bullets 200 grain & 180 grain.
Lately I have been using BE-86 with good performance

I have been loading the 200 MBW LBT and NOE WFN bullets with 7.8gr of BE-86 and I am getting around 1220fps out of my 5.5inch Kriss vector.  Shoots great out of my Glock G29 as well.  Not sure about the muzzle velocity out of it though.

I've settled on 10.0 grains of Blue Dot and the MBW NOE 200 grain WFN-GC bullet sized to .401 and seated to a COL of 1.24. Chronographed at an average velocity 1275 fps out of my G40 with KKM barrel and 1197 fps out of my STI perfect 10. Haven't chronographed it in my other 10mms and can't give you any recent testing for group size.

I've also tried the MBW 200 grain LBT WFN-PB bullets with the same powder charge weight and seating depth. The last few rounds I load in my magazines will bind when I used the LBT WFN-PB version but the NOE version does not. So, after trying both MBW's 200 grain bullets (LBT WFN-PB and NOE WFN-GC) and Beartooth's, I went with the NOE as they seemed to shoot more accurately.

I also tried the MBW LBT WFN-PB bullets sized to .402 but they would not chamber in my STI nor Bruin. So, I resized em to .401.

I'm still of the belief Blue Dot is a good relatively temp stable powder for this load. I know from previous testing, AA#9 loses a bit of velocity the colder the temperatures. If BE-86 is a double based powder, I would expect the same from it. Of course, if you don't use the pistol in extreme temps, the whole temp stability argument is moot.

When starting out with 200 grain bullets I also started out with brand new Starline brass. I found that the "sweet spot" for my Kimber was 7.8 of Power Pistol. It got to 1160 FPS average over 8 shots but the extreme spread was only 8 FPS. That's my keeper for 10mm & 200 grains.

Be safe.

I've had good results with 8.4grns of 800X.

Shot a nice hog with that load

Lyman 40 Cal. Rifle Mould #2660169 243gr cast powder coated. Laddered up to 1020fps /561 ft. lbs. Loaded in .40S&W brass to 1.274" shot out of my Comp'd 5" 1911. Extractor won't hold it in my carbine so it chambers too far for the firing pin to reach.. That was the goal :( Either way it blows away Buffalo Bores .45ACP +P! It slams around my clubs pistol steel :) 10+1 bowling ball chucker! I call it .40 Seriously Wrecking.. Even if you had the mould, it's about 7k psi over .40S&W max.. so it's basically a .40S&W +P+ that'd surely blow up some Poly 10's!
