I just bought some 10mm brass from a guy on a different board When I opened the box there was a mall baggie with 41 10mm brass with small primers :o I did not know you could get 10mm with a small primer, any of you guys ever seen this? It has a FC head stamp so I assume federal cartridge.

Yeah, FC is for Federal Cartridge.  I can't remember what any reasoning may have been for it.  Seems to me though that they aren't and never were available to the handloader.  But yes, they do exist.
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.

It also has NT on it what according to another board means non toxic. The NT is only available in small primer.

I was thinking it was for those loads specifically but couldn't remember for sure, so I didn't say.  Plus I was too lazy to look further into it. ;D

Yes it is a non toxic primer in small pistol primer format, basicly for Law enforcement indor ranges to keep airborne lead levels down.  I have used them before for reloading and they work well.  Just keep them seperated as not to mix them up especially if using progressive press.

Dakotared wins the thread.  As soon as I saw the email with the subject I new non-toxic was the answer, but wasn't where I could take time to post.

I would be curious to see some worked up data with small primer brass versus large.  As I recall the long range rifle guys order small primer brass on purpose as they see smaller deviations with them.

I think it is pretty cool that small primer is there and hell if I could find a bunch of them I would probably take them. It would be nice to only have to get 1 kind of primer!

Do these small primer ones get loaded primarily with Frangible ammo as training rounds?  I have a buddy that runs a JIT line at FC, he says he don't see much 10mm go through, but I will ask him
