I had not seen it either.  I have exactly one 1911 w/ FCS - my only STI.  Now they peak my interest again; did blasted FCS again; but did a carry cut and then cut the serrations?

Clearly, I'm a complainer.  But this is the first slide I've ever noticed that has both treatments.  I don't like it.  Carry cut is the solution I consider every time I fall for a 1911 with FCS, but the HOST ain't having that solution  .

I do like that this marks a bushing barrel 10mm offering which I prefer over bull barrels.  I'd give about half that MSRP in a hot minute  .
