Glock 20 to .40 Conversion

How reliable is the .40 conversion in a G20 or would it be better just to buy a dedicated .40 ?

From what I read - No problems - unless you have a higher rated slide spring - like 22 to 24 lbs,with the higher mass of the 20 slide - you might want to stay with the 17lb spring or lower depending on how hot the 40 round is your shooting. Other than that every thing else stays the same.
I can understand the reasons behind the 20 to 40 conversion because of the price and availability of 10mm, unless you reload.
