I gotta admit, I am not sure what any of your post is trying to convey.

Mohammad was just a guy who lived in the building...The only person the reporter could get to talk I would guess.

As far as toxicology, they may explain out of character behavior, but being stoned isn't a justification for shooting someone.  We need documentation on exactly what caused this incident to escalate.
