I haven't been on a trip with my Brother in a few years and feel it's about time. We had a blast in 2000 catching 1/2 a ton of Tuna on a crazy trip as a hurricane approached from the N.C. area with horrible storms! Our last trip was around in 2005 to Lake Erie where the fog rolled in and we didn't get as many Walleye as we hoped. He has been bugging me to go hunting for Goose or Duck but I don't really care for the meat. He doesn't own a pistol, so I was going to let him use my Redhawk. As for me I want to take the Hunter 10mm (hopefully a 6" legal State) and get one. The Harrisburg Outdoor Show in PA might be a good place to get some information on it. Anyone know of a place 5-8 hours from Maryland?

There are plenty ravenous HOGS (Heartless Overbearing Government Shitheads) in the D.C. area...Oops  >:D evil thoughts!

Texas is a place that is over run with wild hogs.

We're a bit more than 5-8 hrs away, but plenty in FL. And, pistols of any barrel length is legal here, at least on private land.

IC, check out Cribs Creek Outfitters website, I couldn't get the link to paste. They are 30 minutes south of me here in N.C. Also, there is no restriction as to barrel length here in NC for handguns and we have an open season on hogs all year long. You can hunt day or night, use silencers, etc. You would have to purchase a license.
