I decided to attend a local NRA Banquet this evening, it was an interesting event.  I spent some money taking some chances on several raffle guns and items.  The Wall of Guns...Several drawings where they sold 50 tickets @ $20 apiece then they drew the lucky winner...struck out 3 times :(
I wasn't lucky with the drawing for a Armalite AR-30 338 Lapua Magnum that was a beast...struck out again.

They held open auctions and silent auctions, I don't have the money for that, even though there was some good items that went for less than 1/2 and 2/3's actual cost and even some rare items. :o  Bidding was somewhat slow in this crowd... ???

They fed us fried Catfish, Jambalaya and coleslaw with ice tea and some desert.  All in all it was something different and a learning experience.  Ran into a few old friends as well.  :D
The "10mm" I'm Packin', Has The Bullets Wackin', Smakin' & The Slide is Rackin' & Jackin'!
