Interesting Evening...NRA Banquet

I decided to attend a local NRA Banquet this evening, it was an interesting event.  I spent some money taking some chances on several raffle guns and items.  The Wall of Guns...Several drawings where they sold 50 tickets @ $20 apiece then they drew the lucky winner...struck out 3 times
I wasn't lucky with the drawing for a Armalite AR-30 338 Lapua Magnum that was a beast...struck out again.

They held open auctions and silent auctions, I don't have the money for that, even though there was some good items that went for less than 1/2 and 2/3's actual cost and even some rare items.   Bidding was somewhat slow in this crowd...

They fed us fried Catfish, Jambalaya and coleslaw with ice tea and some desert.  All in all it was something different and a learning experience.  Ran into a few old friends as well.
