Pros:  Works great and holds zero even with the full whack 10mm loads.
Nice at night and even the dimmest criminals know what a red dot on the chest means.
I truly cannot say I am an accomplished shooter, but i can shine a red light on a target with the best of them.
          Bright------even in daylight.

Cons:  Only truly accurate at one distance  (because it is offset)  Ignore it at the range unless you are AT that one distance.
Adds a little width to the already beefy G20 grip.

Overall:  Recommended

Let's say I sight in at 15 yards, how much is the offset at 5 yards, or 25 yards?  I assume it is still combat accurate for self defense or is the delta larger than that?

IF your laser is sighted for 15 yds:

Since the laser is on the right side of the pistol, it will shine to the right of the point of impact at distances less than 15 yds but never more than the actual offset of the laser on the gun which is slight.  At distances greater than 15 yds the laser will shine to the left of the target becoming more off target the further you get.  I have mine set for  25 yds. for no particular reason.

To answer your question more directly, I am not sure what exactly would constitute "combat" accurate but at 25 yds and in it is never more than a bullet hole width or two off providing you have the elevation set correctly.

I love the Warren Tactical sights that i put on the gun but if you have to shoot from the hip or from a goofy position or with your off hand------------shining a light on a target is easy and fast---even for me.

Combat accurate to me is an 8" pie plate.  If you are hitting that, you will be effective in defensive situations.

Sounds like that would not be any issue at all.

Ditto.  "Combat accurate" may not give you bragging rights, but it WILL allow you to hang around to brag....about something.

REDLINE

DM1906 and sqlbullet;  I believe you have both hit the proverbial nail on the head!
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.
