Did I screw up?

A RIA/Armscor 22TCM/9mm high cap was on gunbroker earlier this week.  I watched it, having missed out on a 9X23 Para P18 last week (too much $$).  I got busy and missed the last 6 hours of the auction and the gun went for $400.

Anyone have one of these that can comment on it?  Would it be a good candidate for a 9X23 reaming of maybe for a 38 Super barrel to be fit?
