Morning, there?s a couple of potentially useful verification tools I?m looking into, but am unsure about the Lee hardness tester. Is this something anyone has used, and does it work relatively well? I?m thinking the Lee Thermometer would be very useful with my 20 lbs bottom pour furnace. Once I can establish the right temp needed, I?ll be able to keep my alloy temp consistent from session to session
Thanks

Ken I have the Lyman temp gauge and it works well!

Don't have a hardness tester yet...

I have a hardness tester.  Works fine, but it is of limited utility in reality.  All due respect to Richard Lee and his formula for BHN to max pressure, I have found that if the bullet fits the groove diameter they shoot fine.  I have loaded everything lead from 223 to 458 SOCOM.

Thanks, think I?ll hold off on the hardness tester for now, but the temp gauge looks to be very helpful
