Shot 4 mags today, 5th one had a spent round casing still in barrel. Was wondering if it is the ammo I am using or something that is wore out and needs repair. I didn't have any other brand of ammo to try at the time. If I load one round and clear it without firing it it ejects good. Was wondering if the ammo is the issue.
The ammo I was using was brass loads with what looks like brass jackets. Has the A USA stamp.
Thanks

Ramhad3 Welcome to the forum. A USA is Armscor ammo and here are the specs.  The powder they use (Tight Group  6.4 grains) is a faster burning powder and builds pressure quickly and may have the case expanded to the chamber walls as ejection starts and may pull off the extractor.  You may have an extractor spring issue or debris causing the extractor to not fully grab the case rim.

A good cleaning might help the extractor if it is stick or if there is debris behind it.
