IDPA ESR Division

Anyone running this 10MM or 40 cal in 10MM revolvers.  I intend to soot ESR Division with mine using 40cal brass.  My Ruger GP-100 in 10MM should be competitive .  I made Sharpshooer in this Division using my GP-100 in .357 Mag.  The 10MM shoud be faster with moon clips.

The biggest downside I see is your GP100 is only a 6 shot. Most revolver guys are running an 8 shot gun. That being said, if you work on your reloads religiously, you should be ok.

The last rule book I got from the IDPA (2017) doesn't have an ESR division, and the IDPA site doesn't have any ESR scores.  Is the 8 shot ESR a local club thing?
