Vortex Venom 3 MOA dot. So far no problems.

Let me amend my statement. I haven't had any problems with the Vortex Venom, but I have gone back to iron sights. I just prefer not having to worry about a battery and at the distance I am shooting (under 50 yards) I didn't need the red dot.

Is a Trijicon RM09 1MOA of any use in pistols or is it past the point of diminishing returns in precision compared to the DP 2.5MOA?

Hey AZ_Shooter,
How do you like the Venom? Have always liked the affordable optics Vortex makes
Thanks

I personally elected to stay completely away from electronics on my sight and went with the Trijicon RM05. It's dual source fiber optic and tritium. No electronics to fail at all.

Hey Mike, so the Trijicon is worth the bigger money in your opinion?

My G40 sports a Trijicon RMO7 and Trijicon Suppressor night sights. It does double duty as HD/Woods pistol.
