  I saw these in Cabela's today. Is this an old offering with a black coated bullet boxed under a new name?

This used to be a Bass Pro Shops exclusive load but since they bought out Cabelas they are sold there as well. It is basically the Winchester white box hollowpoint load with the black Winchester coating on the bullets. If I remember correctly they do pretty well in gel testing.
