EGW Oversized Firing Pin Stop question

Hi there - Tracking some of these down from EGW and have a question.  I get that there are different variants for series 70 and 80, and for different rear sights, but some variants are also specific to 45 and 9/38/40.  What is the difference?  Are the dimensions not the same?  Could I use one for 45 in a 10mm or can I only use the versions for 9/38/40?

The 10/38/9mm are all the same    The 45 is different because of the ejector

And also don't forget the series 80 ones are different also
