Tightening up the retention on a Galco leather holster slightly

Any thoughts on tightening up the retention a bit on my new Galco leather holster for the RIA Rock Ultra FS HC 10mm? It was a very tight fit when I first got it Thursday, however two days later, the retention is less than desirable. My next holster will have a retention tightening screw like my G20, and G30 have, or a thumb break
Thanks

Is it a tighter fit when on your belt and cinched around your body?

If it's fine when wearing it, why sweat what it is off the belt?

One word....

Kydex.

Kydex is great for retention, doesn't lose its shape, laughs at water, and doesn't require much up keep.  You have to watch the screws and tighten them occasionally.  Kydex will eventually crack and need replaced.

Leather has "soul", its warm and smells good.  A good pistol deserves a nice holster, and an IWB holster, and a field holster, and a range holster...
