The Bullseye in the past was offered in a small frame. It looks like IFG might be offering it in their lineup as a 10mm 6" (large frame). This is an all hard chrome version, unlike the current Xtreme 10mm. It's the way I would want it and why I converted my Hunter to something like it. It doesn't look to have the Xtreme parts on it and might fall in the $900-$1050 range for it.

Keep your eye peeled here for available stock:

I've noticed that one listed on sites but have never seen them in stock.  I gather it is identical to the Hunter except chromed - I imagine to set it apart from the other distributors offering.   I would have picked that one up instead of the hunter as I am likely to hard chrome my hunter as well.

If you use APW for the coating it's much better than the factory.

Two searches came up with Bud's, one is $893 and the other is $912. None in stock though. May need to sell off my G40.

Yes I've heard that specialty shops often do a better job than factories.

Apparently, these are old SKU's left over from when IFG was part of EAA.

Refer you to post on Enos from user name Kamkaze.

Yea. IFG is looking to import more of the lineup. If you have interest in something, put the bug in their ear through all the channels!

Tanfoglio through EAA had a somewhat unique line for the US market.  Some EAA items available to US market only, but some other Tanfoglios (some of the Xtremes etc) where only avail to the international market.  Wonder if that will change with IFG.  Maybe they will just offer all Tanfoglios.  Internationally, the Bullseye looks like it is called the Gold Match.

This:

While I am not allowed to specifically say exactly what new models are being imported because it is not 100% finalized, I can tell you that in addition to the two new models revealed at SHOT they said that at least three more models will be imported this year, and there will be something to hopefully make most everyone happy.  At least one of the models will be large frame possibly two, with the addition of another small frame.  I will add more info when I'm allowed to and don't forget if there are specific models you are hoping to have imported contact Tanfoglio directly and tell them you want IFG to import it.  It is working so far and Mossimo and Mateo are getting the message.

Keep pounding!

Gold Match and Gold Match Xtreme are different guns.  The Xtreme is two toned and has the full Eric Grauffel parts suite.  The standard Gold Match is full chrome with stock Tanfoglio parts.  I have never seen the standard Gold Match in the US but that IFG pretty much looks the same.

I'm sending my Hunter off for trigger polishing and hard chroming to a smith who is very familiar with the Tanfoglio comp guns.  I asked him if he recommended any part upgrades.  Interestingly, he thinks the regular Tanfoglio parts are quite good / durable, and a few tweaks here and there can get the stock guns very close to what is achievable with some aftermarket products.  Of course if you are competitor, any potential incremental advantage is likely worth the investment.  For me, I'm ok with 'very close'.

I'm right there with you! If you exercise patience the parts wear-in without polishing  ;D My old Match was about a frightening trigger when I sold it. It was roughly 2lbs.  :o

Wow that is super light.  Mine is coming in well above 5#.  I probably should leave it as it would force me to get back to fundamentals but I'm lazy ;-)   I figure if i'm sending it for chroming, might as well polish the internals as well.
